Join one of our Historic Pub Walking Tours to discover an alternative history of York.

York has a reputation for having a pub for everyday of the year. Find out about some of the oldest as well as the people and events associated with them. Georgian York was a period of great change and building as well as events. Visit some of those structures and hear about inquests, riots, politics, religious influence and bizarre entertainments. York's pub history provides a strong picture of the social life of the city.

Walks start from outside the National Trust shop, YO1 7LG at the junction of College Street and Goodramgate. Tours last for approx. 1.5-2 hours,

Free reservation, donation for charity requested on attendance.

All funds raised go towards supporting a local York charity scheme. For further information use the followinglink. A minimum donation of £8.00pp is requested. Groups of 4 or more are offered a discount for a minimum donation of £7.00pp
